2. What data we collect and why
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it exclusively to send you updates about the Unglove project, such as new episodes, announcements, and related content.
We do not collect your name, IP address for marketing purposes, or any other personal data through the signup form.
3. Legal basis
We process your email address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give this consent by entering your email and confirming your subscription via the double opt-in email we send you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by contacting us directly.
4. Newsletter service provider
We use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) to manage our newsletter and subscriber list. When you sign up, your email address is stored on Brevo's servers located in the European Union.
We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Brevo in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Brevo processes your data only on our instructions and does not use it for its own purposes.

5. Double opt-in
After you enter your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription only becomes active once you click the confirmation link in that email. This double opt-in procedure ensures that no one can sign up on your behalf without your knowledge.
6. How long we keep your data
We store your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted promptly. We may retain proof of your consent (timestamp and method of opt-in) for up to three years after unsubscription for legal compliance purposes.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. When you visit this site, your browser automatically transmits certain technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access) to the hosting server.
